Walking in Kent

Our walks usually take place on the 2nd Sunday of every month. We only choose a different Sunday where the walk would clash with Easter Sunday, Mothers Day or similar. We usually do a circular walk of about 6-8 miles, starting in various locations at about 10am and followed by a pub lunch. A list of dates/leaders is circulated to those on the mailing list in January. Further details of each walk are sent nearer the time (usually a week or two before the walk).

All walks are open to anyone and are free (you just need to pay for your pub lunch) and designed to be comfortable for any averagely fit person. Proper walking gear is recommended. Well-behaved dogs welcome. Numbers can vary from 4 people to 20 each month. Members of the group take it in turns to organise walks.
